Friday Fill-in

1. In 1992, I was a sophomore...in high school!

2. I love laughter and smiles.

3. Do what you can, with what you have, where you are at right now.

4.  On vacation is where I'd like to be.

5. The trees and flowers are telling me "NOW is the time to plant, plant, plant!"

6.  Chatterboxes, we just keep going on and on, and on!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to going to bed early, tomorrow my plans include being productive and Sunday, I want to make it to church on time!

A Friday Fill-in

It's been a while since I've done a FFI, so here you go:

1. Why are you making such a fuss?

2. I want you to take the trash out please.

3.  If I decide to go down that path, then it will be on my terms.

4. Wait and see what happens.

5. I could use a new camera.  After 4 wonderful years, our awesome camera called it quits this week! *Sigh!*

6. First we'll take the camera to the repair shop to see if it's worth repairing and then we'll decide what to do next.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to the traditional pizza & a movie night with my family, tomorrow my plans include sleeping in and Sunday, I want to make something yummy!

FFI #146

1. So are we going to make it to the pumpkin patch today?

2. Finally decorating for fall and attending M's Parent-Teacher Conference is what's up ahead.

3. I love to make things look beautiful—presentation is what it's all about!

4. I've got to come up with a costume of some sort (for myself…soon! Ideas anyone??).

5. I walk a bit less often than I'd like.

6. Listening to my children's laughter is the true elixir of my life!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to family time, tomorrow my plans include watching BYU football and Sunday, I want to get to church early…to get a seat in the chapel (my kids do SO much better when we DON'T sit in the cultural hall)!

FFI #141

1. That's a great place to be.

2. Psst, hello!; I'm over here!

3. Today the possibilities include: chores, swimming, movies, fun with my kids.

4. J-rod's award winning chili (served with my cornbread) is one of my favorite cool day recipes.

5. How will you know whether or not you are good at something, if you don't try?

6. I love to curl up with a good book and a comfy quilt when there is a stormy sky.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to watching a movie with my sweetheart while we fold laundry (I know, I know, we lead a SUPER exciting life don't we?), tomorrow my plans include cheering on our beloved BYU Cougars!, and Sunday I want to make some progress on a few crafty projects!

FFI #140

1. I feel tired, but at this hour...who wouldn't? : )

2. Watching college football with my hubby & boys is always fun!

3. Right now I can hear these things: the ceiling fan, my sweetheart as he is walking around getting ready for bed, and my fingers clicking away on the keyboard as I type this.

4. M is attending a new school this year and I am glad that after putting in long hours M-Th, that they have every Friday off! Every weekend will be a three-day weekend--yay! : )

5. The last time I set foot on the campus of my alma mater was five years ago for a graduation, so I am super excited to be going back next month with my little family for a football game and a stroll down memory lane.  It's never too early to indoctrinate your kids, right? Go Cougars!

6. My sweetheart will be at work, putting in long hours for most of this Labor Day weekend so things around here will be pretty low-key.

7. And as for this weekend, tonight I am looking forward to going to bed soon!; tomorrow my plans include participating in a local multi-cultural presentation...I will be displaying a number of the things from Guatemala and Mexico we've collected over the years; and Sunday, I want to make a roast for dinner, YUM-O!

Time for a fill-in

1. He was a little reluctant to help me hunt down and kill that GINORMOUS spider this morning, but did it anyway.

2. Decorating for the fall is what I look forward to most this time of year.

3. My best friend is a wonderful person!

4. This week has been another CRAZY busy week to be honest with you.

5. Appearances can be deceiving.

6. The last person I gave a hug to was my four year old.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I am looking forward to dinner and a movie with my kids and some good friends while my hubby works night shift, tomorrow my plans include picking up our order of school uniforms, and Sunday I want to talk to my dad.

A bit late, but here it is anyhow!

3. I know this: I've got a lot of learning and growing yet to do!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to a special anniversary dinner with my sweetheart; tomorrow my plans include showering my kids with tons of hugs, kissess, and fun souvenirs from our trip; and Sunday I want catch up on over-due blog posts!
