St. Patrick's Cathedral & Girls Night In

After our visit to Rockefeller Plaza, we stopped at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The architecture of the building itself was beautiful and the work involved in those gorgeous colorful windows—wow! S has a really great post on the cathedral with some fun informational details. Check it out here!

Having visited our last spot for the day, we headed back to NJ for the night. We stopped at Chevy’s for dinner before relaxing in the hotel pool. Once we were all nice and relaxed, it was back to the room for some fun girl time. M brought beads, tools, and fixings for making earrings and bracelets. While some of us worked on making jewelry, L worked on a beautiful embroidery project, while still others checked email, braided each others hair, and began getting packed up for our return trip later the next day. And that’s all folks! Well, all of Day 1 in NYC anyway. Up next, day 2!
